We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Service providers (payment processing, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, identity, and PDF generation) acting under written contracts that limit use of personal information to the services they provide to us.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (for authentication and security) and basic, aggregated analytics cookies. We do not currently use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for order and payment records). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
